A simple yet effective process that makes it easy for anyone to invest
Sourcing
Our in-house experts constantly research the market, work with our network and partners, and assess historic performance and future projection to find and source the best investment timepieces.
Fractionalization
Once sourced, the timepiece is tokenized using our proprietary blockchain technology creating shares (fractions). We then offer the timepiece's shares for funding to divvi members (primary offering). The listing includes all the details you need such as the timepiece's history, authentication reports, financial data, etc.
Funding
Our members, who went through a simple online onboarding process including KYC, area able to view the timepiece's primary offering on divvi's market place and buy shares as low as $500. Investors can pay using traditional fiat currency (credit cards, apple pay, etc.) or even cryptocurrency.
Allocation
Once fully funded, tokens are allocated on the blockchain to the owners according to the shares they bought, supported by legal documentation including proof of ownership among others.
Storage
The timepiece is stored in a specialized third party facility that meets our standards and the regulatory requirements in the UAE. In addition, we insure the timepiece against any damage, theft, etc. to protect your investment.
Exit
After holding the timepiece for a period of approx. 4-6 years, we sell it for profit. This is an estimated period, but it could be shorter or longer depending in the market dynamics. Proceeds are then distributed to shareholders of that timepiece.

Yes! soon you will be able to decide when to exit your investment. You can do that via a secondary market on divvi where current owners can resell their shares to other members increasing the liquidity of your investment.
